Chickens are also in Minecraft! They drop feathers and eggs, and you can lead them around with seeds. Baby chickens are super cute and tiny!

COOL CHICKEN FACTS
Chickens can run up to 9 miles per hour! That's pretty fast for a bird that doesn't fly much. They also have great eyesight and can see more colors than humans.
Mother hens talk to their babies while they're still in the egg! The chicks can chirp back before they even hatch. How cool is that?
Chickens take dust baths to keep clean and get rid of bugs. They dig a little hole, flop around in the dirt, and it makes them so happy!

There are SO many types of chickens! Silkies have fluffy fur-like feathers. Polish chickens have crazy poofy heads. Rhode Island Reds are great egg layers.
Some chickens lay blue or green eggs! Ameraucanas and Easter Eggers are famous for their colorful eggs. Imagine having rainbow eggs for breakfast!
